The Vision Council Foundation and EyeMed Vision Care share a mission to help people of all ages understand their eyes and take charge of their vision health.
Building on the success of the Vision Curriculum Kits, the Life in Focus series educates patients of all ages about common vision conditions. Each kit pairs educational resources with interactive materials that give patients a first-hand look at how these conditions affect the ability to see clearly.
Life in Focus Kits are a valuable free resource for eyecare professionals to share with patients in waiting rooms, during exams, or at community events.
Life in Focus: An Interactive Guide to Cataracts
The first kit in the series, “Life in Focus: An Interactive Guide to Cataracts,” is now available for order or download at eyemedvisionkits.com.
Eyecare professionals are encouraged to order free pre-printed kits for their practices or download electronic versions to print at their convenience. Additional kits covering other common vision conditions are in development.
